(02) How it works

From the first text to the last tray cleared, you deal with one kitchen.

Step one
Tell us the room
Headcount, date, venue and what the crowd eats. A text is enough to start.
Step two
We build the menu
You get a written quote with quantities per dish, so nothing runs out at hour two.
Step three
We show up early
Delivered hot, set up, chafers lit. Cleared away after, if you want it.

Where is your kitchen?

Our kitchen is at 248-05 B Union Tpke, Bellerose, NY 11426, in Queens.

Do you set up and clear away?

Yes. Food is delivered hot and set up with the chafers lit, and cleared away after if you want it.

How many guests can you cater for?

We cater events from 20 to 400 guests.

How much notice do you need?

Our standard lead time is 48 hours. Pistachio and Oreo cakes need 72 hours.
